Southwell Research Providers ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

All products sold on this Site, including SR-17 Now and any related compounds ("Products"), are strictly intended for laboratory research, analytical testing, and non-biological experimental use only.

Prohibited Uses — Products are NOT intended for:

• Any use that violates local, state, or federal law

Any deviation from the intended use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To purchase Products, you affirm that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• You are purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes
• You have the knowledge, equipment, and facilities to safely handle research-grade materials
• You are not acting on behalf of any regulatory, law-enforcement, or investigative agency

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

By purchasing or handling Products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Research chemicals may pose unknown hazards, including chemical, toxicological, or environmental risks
• You assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal
• You understand that improper use may result in injury, illness, death, unforeseen health problems, and/or legal consequences

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any harm arising from misuse or mishandling.

All Products are sold "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," and "AS AVAILABLE."

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Safety, purity, or suitability for any use beyond research

We do not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption, that product descriptions are error-free, or that Products will meet your research expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury / death
• Property damage
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized application of Products

In all cases, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to:

• Use Products only in controlled research environments
• Follow all applicable safety protocols
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain proper storage conditions
• Prevent access by unauthorized individuals

You further agree not to resell, redistribute, or repackage Products without written authorization.

You are solely responsible for determining:

• Whether the purchase, possession, or use of Products is legal in your jurisdiction
• Whether any permits, licenses, or certifications are required

The Company does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding regulatory compliance.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel any order
• Request additional verification
• Limit quantities
• Refuse shipment to certain jurisdictions

If an order is canceled by the Company after payment, a refund will be issued.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier:

• Risk of loss transfers to the Purchaser
• The Company is not responsible for delays, seizures, or misdeliveries
• The Purchaser is responsible for tracking and receiving the shipment

We do not guarantee delivery to jurisdictions with restrictive chemical regulations.

Due to the nature of research chemicals:

• All sales are final
• No returns or exchanges are accepted
• Refunds are issued only for orders canceled prior to shipment or for Company-verified errors

All content on the Site — including branding, images, text, product names, and packaging — is the exclusive property of Southwell Research Providers LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of Products
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Negligence or misconduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in:

• The state courts of Harris County, Texas
• Or the federal courts of the Southern District of Texas

You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the purchase and use of Products.
